Refund and Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to a Scentsation store for a refund, replacement or exchange on condition that:

• you have the valid proof of purchase, i.e. invoice or receipt

• it is within seven (7) calendar days of purchase;

• the item is in its original packaging and condition

• the security seal or shrink wrap is intact (if applicable)

• the item is unopened and unused

Refunds and return of items ordered online may be done at our store or via courier at the purchaser’s expense, and on the conditions listed above. Scentsation store will refund you the full purchase price thereof, less any direct costs incurred by Scentsation store in returning or exchanging such goods.

Defective Items

Should any item that you have purchased online or at any Scentsation store be the subject of any manufacturing defect, or is unsafe, it may be returned to Scentsation store for repair or replacement, or in exchange for a refund, within 7 days of the date of purchase. Scentsation store and/or its supplier reserve the right to examine the product and test the product to confirm the alleged defect, failure or safety hazard existed at the time of purchase, before the product will be repaired, replaced or refunded. The defective items policy excludes degradation and/or defects arising as a result of normal wear and tear and/or misuse of the product. We reserve the right to test the product to confirm the alleged defect, before the product will be repaired, replaced or refunded.

Competitions & Promotions

Special terms and conditions apply to all promotions and competitions run by Scentsation store. The onus is on you to ensure that you understand these terms.
